Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions are entered into by and between you (“Customer”) and Campus Hands L.L.C. (“CH”, “we”, or “us”) operates. The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, “Terms”), govern your access to and use of CH services (“Services”), including any content, functionality, and services on or through www.campushands.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user. PLEASE READ THE BELOW TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING FOR OR PURCHASING OUR SERVICES. BY USING THE WEBSITE OR BY CLICKING TO ACCEPT OR AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHEN THIS OPTION IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND ABIDE BY THESE TERMS. YOU SHOULD PRINT A COPY OF THESE TERMS FOR YOUR RECORDS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT REGISTER WITH THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OUR SERVICES. Please note that CH reserves the right to amend any portion of these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION.
CH services (“Services”) consists of on-demand assistance services, including but not limited to chores, moving help, and yard work. CH Services are performed by vetted student helpers (“Campus Hands”) who work based on scheduled appointments.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide all materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the requested services. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that Campus Hands does not supply any tools or equipment.
Booking and Payment:

Down Payment: A $50 refundable down payment is required only after Campus Hands has reviewed your service request, sent you a confirmation email, and you choose to proceed with booking. This amount will be applied toward your final invoice.

Minimum Booking Requirement: All appointments must meet a minimum service time of two man-hours (e.g., one Campus Hand for two hours, or two Campus Hands for one hour).

Final Payment: Payment for the remaining balance is invoiced to you via email and due within 7 days upon completion of services. Under no circumstances are Campus Hands (Campus Helpers) to be paid, paid with cash, paid in check, or paid in person, this payment will not be a valid form of payment and, at most, would be considered a tip for the Campus Hand (s) (Campus Helpers), in which you would still receive an invoice for the full amount of that service via email, and expected to pay, in full, within 7 days of receival.
ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION. The Customer agrees to pay a $50 Deposit by credit card to complete their booking request for Services. This charge will be applied to final invoice. Deposits are refundable only if the request for a refund happens 48 hours prior to the scheduled Campus Hand (s). The deposit will also be refunded in full if CH do not show up to the job. If the customer (renter or homeowner) proceeds without the necessary materials or equipment for the Campus Hand (s) (Campus Helpers), this will not entitle them to a refund, and a 2-hour minimum will still be imposed and invoiced, in which by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are required to pay in full, within 7 days of receiving an invoice via email from info@campushands.com.
